Resumo

Problems of urban mobility and lack of accessibility occur everywhere in Brazil, and at the Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA), it's no different. Wheelchair-bound students often rely on available internal transportation, facing accessibility and mobility challenges. In this context, an innovative project has been proposed: the construction of a prototype solar-powered electric vehicle, designed for the autonomous transportation of citizens, especially those who use wheelchairs, in a practical and sustainable way, developed at UFPA's Laboratório de Motores e Combustão interna. The project originated as an alternative means of transportation for the disabled.
